How to Apply
Apply a generous (quarter-sized) amount of Oil Cleanser Deluxe to face, neck and décolleté skin.
The skin should be very oily. Can be used over eyes to remove eye makeup.
Massage the cleanser into the skin with small circles.
Make sure to take extra time over congested areas. This will help keep the pores clean and free of debris and blackheads from forming.
Wet hands and massage water into oils. This turns the cleanser to a milky consistency.
Rinse thoroughly with water.
